St Annes-on-the-Sea Land & Building Company

The Saint Annes-on-the-Sea Land and Building Company was the first building company in St Annes-on-the-Sea. The company was established in 1874 at the town's inception. Today it is still a local family-run business and serves as Ground Landlord to many properties in the Lytham St Annes area. Please see our other pages for more information.
